We are the only moldavite museum in the world. We keep close contact to the local, official and legal suppliers, which we know personally and from whose are the raw moldavites in our shop as well as in our exposition. Every stone has its number and certificate with exact photograph.
The moldavite jewellery we have for sale come from our partner-workshops we know personally for a long time and can prove also the origin of the stones used. All our team are Czech people living in the South-Bohemian region, having a long experience in this field.

These terms and conditions set down the relationship between the seller – the Moldavite Museum, and the buyer.

Payment
For delivery within the Czech Republic, payment can be done in advance according to the proforma invoice, by credit card as the final step of the order made in the e-shop at the website www.vltaviny.cz or cash on delivery.
For other countries (outside the Czech Republic) the only possibility is credit card payment as the final step of the order made in the e-shop at the website www.vltaviny.cz.
The withdrawal
The consumer (buyer) has the right in accordance with § 53 paragraph 7 of the Civil Code. Z. to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the goods reception if the contract was concluded by means of distance communication. The withdrawal has to be delivered to the seller no later than 14 days after the takeover.
The buyer must return the purchased goods in full with complete documentation, undamaged, clean, preferably in the original packaging, in the state of value in which goods were taken over. In case the goods returned are incomplete or damaged, the buyer will be refunded the purchase price reduced by a corresponding amount (in accordance with § 458 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code. Z.). Money for the returned goods will be returned to the purchaser within 30 days from the effective date of withdrawal from the contract.
To speed up the processing of the withdrawal the buyer should send the purchased goods back to the seller together with the attached cover letter stating the possible reason for withdrawal from the contract (not required), with the order number, receipt number and buyer’s account and bank number, or to indicate whether the amount shall be send to buyer’s account or kept for a next order/purchase.
The buyer acknowledges the fact that if the goods were supplied with gifts, the gift agreement between the seller and the buyer closed with a condition that occurred by making the order, is to expire due the withdrawal. The buyer is required to return the related gifts along with the returned goods.
Privacy
By completing the registration form or an order online, the customer allows the buyer to collect and archive the personal data of the buyer and his purchases. The seller fully respects the law of protection of personal data, does not use them for any marketing purposes, either provides any information to a third party.
Complaint
Warranties on goods are governed by the seller and applicable laws regulations of the Czech Republic. As a guarantee certificate serves a proof of the purchase.
For goods uncleaned or dirty the seller is not obliged to accept a complaint!
Communication:
Costs incurred by the buyer when using the means of distance communication in connection with making the order / closing of the purchase agreement (the cost of internet connection, telephone costs etc.) shall be borne by the buyer.
